New year is of course a time to reflect on the past year and that is just what the crew at Harbourguides has been doing. As every year, we are truly thankful for the continued support from our sponsors and advertisers. The last few years have seen some choppy waters for everyone and we know things could be challenging for a while yet, but we are really grateful that you once again have helped make our site one of the leading resources of its kind. It means a lot, so a massive thank you all.
Reflection is important, of course, but we also need to look forward...and 2023 is going to see some big changes on the Harbourguides site. For a start, Book a Berth - which we have been trialling this year with great success - is going to get the full ‘champagne smashing on the hull’ treatment and will be launching properly later in 2023! This is exciting news for us and especially for our partner marinas who can look forward to lots of new business sailing their way as a result. As soon as we have a confirmed launch date, we’ll let you know.
What’s that, skipper? There’s more news? Indeed! 2023 is going to see our site get a fresh lick of paint...or a ‘website revamp’ as our tech team prefer to call it. Yes, a brand new look is on the way and we can’t wait to reveal it. We are still finalising a few things to make sure everything is ship shape but we think you’ll love it. When we do go live with the new look, do get in touch and let us know what you think.
